The glade’s terms of use

Last revised: 22 September 2026.

1. The people behind the glade

These terms govern your use of toadstoolglade.com ("Toadstool Glade", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of toadstoolglade.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may enter the glade

Only people aged 18 or over may use Toadstool Glade; using it counts as your confirmation that you are.

3. Coins in the glade

  • Every coin used in the games is given free of charge.
  • A coin is not money, not credit and not property, and it carries no monetary value.
  • Coins are never for purchase, sale, withdrawal or transfer, and they cannot be swapped for money, goods, services or prizes; in-app purchases do not exist on the site.
  • There is no prize of any real-world value, now or later.
  • Coins, levels and features can be tweaked or reset by us whenever it proves necessary.

4. Real-money gambling: never offered

Toadstool Glade does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and you will find no link to a gambling operator.

5. Your glade account

  • To play you need a free account. One per person, please, and never shared with anyone else.
  • Your password is for you alone; tell us at once if someone else has been using the account.
  • You may delete your account whenever you wish from your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and is permanent.
  • We can put an account on hold when it is used to disrupt the site, or when we have reason to think it belongs to a person under 18.
  • Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account rather than owned by you, and they can be reset.

6. Using the glade fairly

Please do not disrupt the site or aim automated tools at it, do not offer coins in trade, and never let someone under 18 use it.

7. When the site is available, and our liability

The site comes to you “as is”; any part may be changed or taken away. If something malfunctions, every play and every pay is void. Liability that the law forbids us to limit stays unlimited by these terms, and your statutory rights remain intact.

8. The law over these terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and by no other.

Toadstool Glade plays for fun only: not one spin here is real-money gambling.

Only adults of 18 and over may play in Toadstool Glade. The coins you spin with are virtual, carry no monetary value and can never be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. You will find no coin shop and no payment page on any path of this site, nothing of real-world value is ever handed out as a prize, and doing well in the glade does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
